STP Reunion Talks - Get Excited!

It's true. The idea of STP getting back together is looking like it may quite possibly be a reality very soon. After a year in which both Rage Against the Machine and the Smashing Pumpkins reunited, it's only fitting that another group of 90's rock legends gets back together. I came across this article that briefly mentions that Scott Weiland spoke of a Stone Temple Pilots reunion in the near future. All's I can say is this can't come a moment too soon. I've come to realize I've really lost touch with what's popular today. I guess that tends to happen from generation to generation. I just never thought it would happen so soon for me. And as somebody who never got to see one of the bands that helped define the 90's perform live, I'm totally thrilled. STP had a huge influence on me, as I'm sure they did on plenty of other people (to state the obvious). Clean or not, you can't help but love Scott Weiland. Admit it...
